Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC (EDRPOU code 25158707), with the assistance of the agent Agricultural Commodity Exchange of Central Ukraine LLC (EDRPOU code 24350147) is holding an additional auction for the sale of unprocessed timber – remaining harvest volumes from the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarters of 2026 – from the forest districts of the Cherkasy region of the ‘Central Forest Office’ Branch of the State Enterprise ‘Forests of Ukraine’, using the electronic trading system of UUB LLC: https://utsd.uub.com.ua/ (hereinafter – ETS)

The auction is conducted using a risk-based approach to determining the amount of guarantee deposits based on a counterparty risk assessment system.

ATTENTION!
The auction is conducted using the Dutch auction method!
If successful in the auction, the buyer is required to sign the auction certificate and the contract of sale—which will be available in the auction results once the auction has concluded—within 5 working days by applying an electronic signature. If the documents are not signed within the specified period, the agreement will be automatically cancelled.

To participate in the auction, you must:
1. Register with UUB LLC and sign the Application for Accession to the Clearing Services Agreement with the Clearing House – UKD LLC.

2. Submit an Application for accession to the Provisional Regulations via the Exchange’s ETS, with the mandatory application of the electronic signature of the bidder’s broker.
3. Top up your clearing account in the clearing system of UKD LLC in order to ensure the necessary amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee deposit for use in relation to UUB LLC, which allows for the coverage of the guarantee deposit as a means of securing the fulfilment of obligations arising for the participant in connection with their participation in the auction, as established by UKD LLC.
To ensure the fulfilment of under exchange agreements concluded at UUB LLC following the results of the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber, the remaining harvest volumes from the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarters of 2026 in the Cherkasy region, using the single account system and to ensure payment of the exchange fee, a security deposit has been established, the rate (amount) of which is determined depending on the risk group of the clearing participant (auction participant (buyer)) as of the date and time of the auction’s commencement and is specified in the internal document of UKD LLC – Rates (Amounts) of the Guarantee Deposit (Margin) of the Clearing Institution – UKD LLC, which is published on the official website of UKD LLC at the following link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/.
To obtain information on the risk group (A, B, C, D or E) to which UKD LLC has assigned a clearing participant (trading participant (buyer)) in accordance with the Methodology for assessing counterparty risk by sector (commodity market) ‘Unprocessed timber and sawn timber’ of the clearing house UKD LLC, which is published on the official website of UKD LLC at the link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/, can be found in the trading participant’s personal account on the Exchange’s ETS.
Funds may be deposited into the clearing account within the clearing system of UKD LLC by transferring funds to the bank account of UKD LLC using the details specified in the invoice, with the following mandatory reference in the payment description:
“UAH-0000000000; UTSD; payment of a guarantee deposit to top up the clearing account and block funds on the Exchange under the category ‘Unprocessed timber and sawn timber’, excluding VAT’,
where: UAH-0000000000 – currency ID and clearing account number (EDRPOU code) of the clearing participant; UTSD – commodity exchange identifier (electronic trading system) of UUB LLC.
ATTENTION!
When making a guarantee deposit, to ensure correct and timely crediting of funds, you must specify the FULL payment reference.
The security deposit must be transferred by the bidder to the bank account of UKD LLC prior to the bidder submitting a price offer (bid) during the exchange auction in accordance with the Provisional Regulations.
The exchange bidder independently determines the amount to be transferred to their clearing account, taking into account their expectations regarding participation in the exchange auction and the corresponding rate (amount) of the guarantee deposit set by UKD LLC for each risk group of clearing participants.
The data processing fee is paid into the Agent’s account by auction participants (buyers) based on the results of their participation in the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber, in the event that a participant (buyer) submits price offers (bids) during the auction, in the amount of UAH 500.00 including VAT, on the basis of an invoice issued, which is generated in the Exchange’s ETS.
In the event that the parties fail to conclude an exchange agreement, concluded based on the results of the exchange trading, or a contract for the sale and purchase of unprocessed timber/firewood within 5 (five) working days, starting from the working day following the day of the relevant auction, the exchange agreement, the results of the exchange trading and the exchange (auction) certificate shall be automatically cancelled, and the Clearing House – UKD LLC – shall apply risk management measures in accordance with the internal documents of UKD LLC.
ATTENTION! For clearing participants (bidders – buyers (auction winners)) who, as of the date and time of the auction’s commencement, are classified in risk group E, UKD Ltd has set a security deposit as a means of ensuring the fulfilment of obligations under the purchase contract concluded following the auction – sale of unprocessed timber/firewood (performance of the contract) at a rate of 20% of the contract price, which must be transferred within 5 (five) working days, starting from the working day following the auction date, to the bank account of UKD LLC using the details specified in the invoice, with the following mandatory details in the payment reference:
‘Contract No.; payment of a security deposit to guarantee the fulfilment of obligations under the purchase and sale contract (EDRPOU code of the clearing participant), excluding VAT’.

Participants who have submitted a purchase application agree to the terms and conditions of participation in the auction, confirm their unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data, and agree to comply with the Regulations on the Organisation and Conduct of Exchange Auctions for the Sale and Purchase of Unprocessed Timber and Sawn Timber on the Commodity Exchange - Limited Liability Company “UKRAINIAN UNIVERSAL EXCHANGE” and the Provisional Regulations, and confirm the legal significance of their actions whilst participating in the auction, in particular actions taken within the ETS and using the ETS, as well as their consequences.
