The auction is held using a risk-oriented approach to determining the size of guarantee deposits based on the counterparty risk assessment system.

Be accredited at LLC "UUB" and sign an Application for joining the clearing service agreement with the Clearing Institution - LLC "UKD".

Submit an Application for joining the Temporary Regulations by means of the Exchange's ETS with the obligatory imposition of an electronic signature of the broker of the trading participant.

Top up your clearing account in the clearing accounting system of LLC "UKD" in order to ensure the necessary amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee deposit for use in the section of LLC "UUB", which allows you to cover the amount of the guarantee deposit as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations arising from the participant in connection with his participation in the auction, established by LLC "UKD".
To ensure the fulfillment of obligations under the exchange agreements concluded at LLC "UUB" according to the results of the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber, the 2nd quarter of 2026. in __________ region using the single account system and ensuring payment of the exchange fee, a guarantee deposit is established, the rate (size) of which is determined depending on the risk group of the participant clearing (bidder (buyer)) as of the date and time of the auction start and is specified in the internal document of LLC "UKD" - Rates (sizes) of the guarantee contribution (margin) of the clearing institution - LLC "UKD" which is published on the official website of LLC "UKD" at the link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/.
You can obtain information about the risk group (A, B, C, D or E) to which LLC "UKD" has assigned the clearing participant (bidder (buyer)) in accordance with the Methodology for assessing counterparty risks by direction (commodity market) "Unprocessed wood and lumber" of the clearing institution LLC "UKD", which is published on the official website of LLC "UKD" at the link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/, in the personal account of the bidder in the ETS Exchange.
Replenishment of the clearing account in the clearing accounting system LLC "UKD" is carried out by transferring funds to the bank account of LLC "UKD" according to the details specified in the account, with the mandatory indication in the purpose of the payment:
"UAH-0000000000; UTSD; payment of the guarantee deposit to replenish the clearing account and block funds on the Exchange in the direction "Unprocessed wood and lumber", excluding VAT",
where: UAH-0000000000 – currency ID and clearing account number (EDRPOU code) of the clearing participant; UTSD – identifier of the commodity exchange (electronic trading system) LLC "UUB".
Attention! When making a guarantee deposit, for correct and timely crediting of funds, it is necessary to indicate the FULL purpose of the payment.
The guarantee deposit must be transferred by the bidder to the bank account of LLC "UKD" by the time the bidder submits a price offer (bid) during the exchange trading in accordance with Temporary Regulations.
The exchange trading participant independently determines the amount to be transferred to his clearing account, taking into account his expectations regarding participation in exchange trading and the corresponding rate (size) of the guarantee deposit established by UKD LLC for each risk group of clearing participants. The data processing fee is paid to the Agent's account by auction participants (buyers) based on the results of participation in the auction for the sale of unprocessed wood, in the event that the participant (buyer) submits price offers (bids) during the auction, in the amount of UAH 500.00 excluding VAT, based on the invoice issued, which is generated in the ETS Exchange.
In the event that the parties to an exchange transaction concluded based on the results of exchange trading, a contract for the purchase and sale of unprocessed wood/wood for firewood do not conclude within 5 (five) business days, starting from the next business day after the day of the relevant auction, the exchange transaction, exchange trading results and exchange (auction) certificate are automatically canceled, and the Clearing House - LLC "UKD" applies risk management measures in accordance with the internal documents of LLC "UKD".
ATTENTION! For clearing participants (bidders - buyers (auction winners)), who as of the date and time of the auction start are classified as risk group E, LLC "UKD" has established a guarantee deposit as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the contract of purchase and sale of unprocessed wood/wood for firewood concluded according to the auction results (performance of the contract) at a rate of 20% of the contract price, which is subject to transfer within 5 (five) business days, starting from the next business day after the auction day, to the bank account of LLC "UKD" using the details specified in the invoice, with the mandatory indication in the purpose of payment:
"Contract No.; payment of the guarantee deposit as a guarantee for the fulfillment of obligations under the contract of purchase and sale (EDRPOU code of the clearing participant), excluding VAT".

Participants who have submitted an application for purchase agree to the terms of participation in the auction, certify their unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data, the implementation of the Regulations on the organization and conduct of exchange trades for the purchase and sale of unprocessed wood and lumber on the commodity exchange - Limited Liability Company "UKRAINIAN UNIVERSAL EXCHANGE" and the Temporary Regulations, confirm the legal significance of their actions during participation in the auction, in particular actions taken in the ETS and using the ETS, as well as their consequences.
