Top up your clearing account in the clearing accounting system of LLC "UKD" in order to ensure the necessary amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee deposit for use in the context of LLC "UUB", which allows you to cover the amount of the guarantee deposit as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations arising from the participant in connection with his participation in the auction, established by LLC "UKD".

The guarantee deposit must be transferred by the trading participant to the bank account of LLC "UKD" by the time the trading participant submits a price offer (bid) during exchange trading in accordance with the Temporary Regulations.
The exchange trading participant independently determines the amount to be transferred to his clearing account, taking into account his expectations regarding participation in exchange trading and the corresponding rate (size) of the guarantee deposit established by UKD LLC for each risk group of clearing participants.
The data processing fee is paid to the Agent's account by auction participants (buyers) based on the results of participation in the auction for the sale of unprocessed wood, in the event that the participant (buyer) submits price offers (bids) during the auction, in the amount of UAH 500.00 including VAT, based on the invoice issued, which is generated in the ETS Exchange.
In the event that the parties to an exchange transaction concluded based on the results of exchange trading, a contract for the purchase and sale of unprocessed wood/wood for firewood do not conclude within 5 (five) business days, starting from the next business day after the day of the relevant auction, the exchange transaction, exchange trading results and exchange (auction) certificate are automatically canceled, and the Clearing House - LLC "UKD" applies risk management measures in accordance with the internal documents of LLC "UKD".
ATTENTION! For clearing participants (bidders - buyers (auction winners)), who as of the date and time of the auction start are classified as risk group E, LLC "UKD" has established a guarantee deposit as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the contract of purchase and sale of unprocessed wood/wood for firewood concluded according to the auction results (performance of the contract) at a rate of 20% of the contract price, which is subject to transfer within 5 (five) business days, starting from the next business day after the auction day, to the bank account of LLC "UKD" using the details specified in the invoice, with the mandatory indication in the purpose of payment:
"Contract No.; payment of the guarantee deposit as a guarantee for the fulfillment of obligations under the contract of purchase and sale (EDRPOU code of the clearing participant), excluding VAT".
