in cooperation with the agent Kirovograd Agrarian Bureau LLC, EDRPOU code 31008446, is conducting an auction for the sale of unprocessed timber/firewood and the organization of derivative contract (forward) trading. The conclusion of forward contracts, whose underlying asset is unprocessed timber/firewood from the second half of 2026 from the forest districts of the Kirovohrad region of the “Central Forest Office” Branch of the State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine,” using the Exchange’s electronic trading system https://utsd.uub.com.ua/

Date and time of the auction:
May 18, 2026, from 11:10 a.m. to 11:25 a.m.

Forest Districts: Onikiivskyi, Chornolisskyi

Delivery period: during the second half of 2026
Auction increment: 1% (one percent) of the lot’s starting price.

To participate in the auction, you must:
1. Become accredited with UUB LLC and sign the Application for Accession to the Clearing Services Agreement with UKD LLC

2. Submit a bid to purchase in the auction via the ETS, which must be signed by the bidder’s (buyer’s) broker using an electronic signature.
The deadline for submitting bids is May 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

3. Pay the security deposit to secure the forward contract and ensure payment of the exchange fee using the following details:

The guarantee deposit must be credited to the account of LLC “UKD” and is subject to blocking until 2:00 PM on May 15, 2026 (the business day preceding the auction date).
If the clearing account of a clearing participant (auction participant) in the clearing accounting system of LLC “UKD” contains the required amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee deposit for use in relation to LLC “UUB,” the bidder may use funds from such available balance to cover the guarantee deposit in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulations on the Organization and Conduct of Exchange Auctions for the Purchase and Sale of Unprocessed Timber and Lumber on the Commodity Exchange - Limited Liability Company “UKRAINIAN UNIVERSAL EXCHANGE” (hereinafter – the Regulations) and the internal document of LLC “UKD” – the Regulations on the Conduct of Clearing Activities in the “Unprocessed Timber and Lumber” Sector.
The margin rate, as a means of securing the conclusion of a forward contract and ensuring the payment of the exchange fee, is determined based on the risk group of the clearing participant (trading participant (buyer)) and is specified in the internal document of UKD LLC—Rates (Amounts) of the Guarantee Deposit (Margin) of the Clearing Institution—UKD LLC, which is published on the official website of UKD LLC at the following link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/.
To obtain information about the risk group (A, B, C, D, or E) to which UKD LLC has assigned the clearing participant (trading participant (buyer)) in accordance with the Methodology for Assessing Counterparty Risks by Sector (Commodity Market) “Raw Timber and Lumber” of the clearing institution UKD LLC, which is published on the official website of UKD LLC at: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/, can be found in the trading participant’s personal account in the Exchange’s ETS.
4. Pay a fee for data processing in the amount of UAH 500.00 including VAT to account number UA803003350000000026008637901 at Raiffeisen Bank JSC, MFO 300335, EDRPOU code 31008446, recipient - Kirovograd Agricultural Bureau LLC
(in the designated field, the auction number must be indicated).
The fee for data processing must be credited to the Agent's account by the time the acceptance of purchase applications is completed, namely - by 12:00 p.m. May 15, 2026
The participant who submitted an application for purchase agrees to the terms of participation in the auction, certifies unconditional consent to the processing of his personal data, the implementation of the Regulations, confirms the legal significance of his actions during participation in the auction, in particular actions taken in the ETS and using the ETS, as well as their consequences.

ATTENTION! The first guarantee deposit, as a means of ensuring the conclusion of a forward and ensuring the payment of the exchange fee, must be credited to the account of LLC "UKD" and is subject to blocking by 14:00 on May 15, 2026. (the working day preceding the day of the auction), the data processing fee is paid before the deadline for accepting applications for purchase at the auction, namely - by 12:00 on 05/15/2026.

ATTENTION!
According to the results of the auction, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of obligations under the forward (forward execution), the auction participant, the buyer (auction winner), transfers (provides) to the Limited Liability Company "Ukrainian Clearing House" within 5 (five) business days, starting from the next business day after the day of the relevant auction, a guarantee deposit. The guarantee deposit rate as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the forward (forward execution) is determined depending on the risk group of the clearing participant (auction participant, buyer (auction winner)) as of the date of the auction and is specified in the internal document of LLC "UKD" - Rates (sizes) of the guarantee deposit (margin) of the clearing institution - LLC "UKD" which is published on the official website of LLC "UKD" at the link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/.
In case of failure to pay the guarantee deposit as security for the fulfillment of obligations under the forward (performance of the forward) by the auction participant (buyer of the auction) within the specified period, such derivative contract (forward) concluded based on the auction results (if concluded), the results of the exchange trading (auction) and the exchange trading protocol formed and signed on their basis shall be canceled, about which the Exchange shall notify the relevant parties to the forward.
