Dear participants in the trading session for the sale of unprocessed timber!
Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC (EDRPOU code 25158707), in cooperation with the agent Galcontract Trading House LLC, (EDRPOU code 44207187), is conducting an additional auction for the sale of unprocessed timber harvested in the second quarter of 2026 in Lviv using the electronic trading system of LLC “UUB”: https://utsd.uub.com.ua/ (hereinafter – ETS)

May 20, 2026, from 2:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Seller: Stradchiv Training and Production Forestry Complex of the National Forestry University of Ukraine.
State Enterprise “Starytskyi Military Forestry Enterprise”

Auction increment: 1% (one percent) of the lot’s starting price.
ATTENTION!
The auction is conducted using the SINGLE ACCOUNT system in accordance with the Temporary Regulations on the organization of a pilot project for the application of the single account system in exchange trading for the purchase and sale of unprocessed wood/firewood on the commodity exchange - Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Temporary Regulations). To participate in the auction, you must:
1. Be accredited by LLC “UUE” and sign an Application for accession to the clearing service agreement with the Clearing Institution - Limited Liability Company “Ukrainian Clearing House” (EDRPOU code 45539058) (hereinafter - LLC “UCH”).

2. Submit an Application for Accession to the Temporary Regulations via the Exchange's ETS with the mandatory electronic signature of the trading participant's broker.

3. Replenish your clearing account in the clearing accounting system of LLC “UKD” in order to ensure the necessary amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee deposit for use in the context of LLC “UUB”, which allows covering the amount of the guarantee deposit as a means of securing the fulfillment of obligations arising for the participant in connection with his participation in trading, established by LLC “UKD”.
To ensure the fulfillment of obligations under contracts concluded by UUB LLC based on the results of an auction for the sale of unprocessed timber using a single account system through exchange agreements and to ensure the payment of exchange fees, a guarantee deposit has been established, which amounts to 5% of the bid price (rate) in the auction.
The clearing account in the clearing accounting system of LLC “UKD” is replenished by transferring funds to the bank account of LLC “UKD” using the details specified in the account, with the mandatory indication in the payment purpose:
"UAH-0000000000; UTSD; payment of a guarantee deposit to replenish the clearing account and block funds on the Exchange for the direction “Unprocessed wood and sawn timber”, excluding VAT",
where: UAH-0000000000 – currency ID and clearing account number (EDRPOU code) of the clearing participant; UTSD – identifier of the commodity exchange (electronic trading system) of UUB LLC.
Attention! When making a guarantee deposit, it is necessary to indicate the FULL purpose of the payment to ensure correct and timely crediting of funds.
The guarantee deposit must be transferred by the bidder to the bank account of LLC “UKD” before the bidder submits a price offer (bid) during the exchange trading in accordance with the Temporary Regulations.
The exchange trading participant independently determines the amount to be transferred to their clearing account, taking into account their expectations regarding participation in exchange trading and the corresponding amount of the guarantee deposit that will need to be paid to participate in such exchange trading.
The data processing fee is paid to the Agent's account by auction participants (buyers) based on the results of participation in the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber, if the participant (buyer) submits price offers (bids) during the auction, in the amount of UAH 500.00 excluding VAT, on the basis of an invoice generated in the ETS of the Exchange.

Participants who have submitted a purchase application agree to the terms and conditions of participation in the auction, certify their unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data, compliance with the Regulations on the organization and conduct of exchange trading for the purchase and sale of unprocessed timber and sawn timber on the commodity exchange - Limited Liability Company “UKRAINIAN UNIVERSAL EXCHANGE” and the Temporary Regulations, confirm the legal significance of their actions during participation in the auction, in particular actions performed in the ETS and using the ETS, as well as their consequences.
