Dear participants in the trading session for the sale of unprocessed timber!
Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC (EDRPOU code 25158707), in cooperation with the agent TD Galkontrakt LLC, (EDRPOU code 44207187), is conducting a general auction for the sale of unprocessed timber harvested in the third quarter of 2026 in the Lviv region using the electronic trading system of LLC “UUB”: https://utsd.uub.com.ua/ (hereinafter – ETS).
The auction is conducted using a risk-oriented approach to determining the amount of security deposits based on a counterparty risk assessment system.

June 19, 2026, from 2:20 p.m. to 2:35 p.m.
Seller: State Enterprise “Mostyska Military Forestry,” State Enterprise “Maheriv Military Forestry”
Auction increment: 1% (one percent) of the lot’s starting price.
ATTENTION!
The auction is conducted using the SINGLE ACCOUNT system in accordance with the Provisional Regulations on the Organization of a Pilot Project for the Application of the Single Account System in Exchange Trades for the Purchase and Sale of Unprocessed Timber/Firewood on the Commodity Exchange - UUB LLC (hereinafter – the Temporary Regulations). The Temporary Regulations can be viewed at the link: https://www.uub.com.ua/dokumenty/vnutrishni-dokumenty-birzhi/, and in accordance with the Pilot Project of the clearing house – UKD LLC regarding the introduction of a risk-based approach to determining the amount of margin requirements based on a counterparty risk assessment system for the sector (commodity market) “Raw Timber and Lumber” (Section 8 of the Regulations on Clearing Activities for the (commodity market) “Unprocessed timber and sawn timber” of the clearing house – UKD LLC, published on the official website of UKD LLC at the link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/).
To participate in the auction, you must:
1. Obtain accreditation from UUB LLC and sign the Application for Accession to the Clearing Services Agreement with the Clearing House – UKD LLC.

2. Submit an Application for Accession to the Provisional Regulations via the Exchange’s ETS, with the mandatory electronic signature of the trading participant’s broker.
3. Fund your clearing account in the clearing accounting system of LLC “UKD” to ensure the required amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee deposit for use in relation to LLC “UUB,” which covers the amount of the guarantee deposit as a means of securing the fulfillment of obligations arising for the participant in connection with their participation in exchange trading, as established by LLC “UKD.”
To ensure the fulfillment of obligations under exchange agreements concluded on UUB LLC based on the results of the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber in the 3rd quarter of 2026 in the Lviv region using the single account system and to ensure payment of the exchange fee, a guarantee deposit has been established, the rate (amount) of which is determined depending on the risk group of the clearing participant (auction participant (buyer)) as of the date and time of the auction’s start and is specified in the internal document of UKD LLC – Rates (Amounts) of the Guarantee Deposit (Margin) of the Clearing Institution – UKD LLC which is published on the official website of UKD LLC at the link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/.
Obtain information regarding the risk group (A, B, C, D, or E) to which UKD LLC has assigned the clearing participant (trading participant (buyer)) in accordance with the Methodology for Assessing Counterparty Risks by Sector (Commodity Market) “Unprocessed Timber and Lumber” of the clearing institution UKD LLC, which is published on the official website of UKD LLC at the link: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/, can be found in the trading participant’s personal account in the Exchange’s ETS.
Funding of the clearing account in the clearing accounting system of UKD LLC is carried out by transferring funds to the bank account of UKD LLC using the details specified in the invoice, with the mandatory indication in the payment description:
“UAH-0000000000; UTSD; payment of a guarantee deposit to replenish the clearing account and block funds for the Exchange under the category “Unprocessed timber and sawn timber,” excluding VAT,”
where: UAH-0000000000 – currency ID and clearing account number (EDRPOU code) of the clearing participant; UTSD – commodity exchange identifier (electronic trading system) of UUB LLC.
The guarantee deposit must be transferred by the trading participant to the bank account of UKD LLC prior to the trading participant submitting a price offer (bid) during exchange trading in accordance with the Provisional Regulations.
The exchange trading participant independently determines the amount to be transferred to their clearing account, taking into account their expectations regarding participation in exchange trading and the corresponding rate (amount) of the security deposit established by UKD LLC for each risk group of clearing participants.
The data processing fee is paid to the Agent’s account by auction participants (buyers) based on the results of their participation in the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber, in the event that a participant (buyer) submits price offers (bids) during the auction, in the amount of 500.00 UAH, excluding VAT, based on an invoice generated in the Exchange’s Electronic Trading System (ETS).
If the parties fail to conclude an exchange agreement resulting from the exchange trading or a purchase and sale agreement for unprocessed timber/firewood within 5 (five) business days, starting from the business day following the date of the relevant auction, the exchange agreement, the results of the exchange trading, and the exchange (auction) certificate are automatically canceled, and the Clearing House—UKD LLC—applies risk management measures in accordance with the internal documents of UKD LLC.

ATTENTION! For clearing participants (auction participants—buyers (auction winners)) who, as of the date and time of the auction’s start, are classified in risk group E, UKD LLC has established a security deposit as a means of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the purchase contract concluded based on the auction results – sale of unprocessed timber/firewood (performance of the contract) at a rate of 20% of the contract price, which must be transferred within 5 (five) business days, starting from the business day following the auction date, to the bank account of UKD LLC using the details specified in the invoice, with the following mandatory payment description:
“Contract No.; payment of a security deposit to secure the performance of obligations under the purchase and sale contract (EDRPOU code of the clearing participant), excluding VAT.”
Attention! When making the guarantee deposit payment, to ensure correct and timely crediting of funds, you must specify the FULL payment description.
Furthermore, in the event that such a clearing participant fails to pay the guarantee deposit as security for the fulfillment of obligations under the contract of sale for unprocessed timber/firewood (performance of the contract), such a contract concluded based on the auction results (if concluded), the exchange agreement, the auction results, and the exchange (auction) certificate are automatically canceled, and the Clearing Institution—UKD LLC—will apply risk management measures in accordance with UKD LLC’s internal documents.
Participants who have submitted a purchase application agree to the terms of participation in the auction, confirm their unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data, and agree to comply with the Regulations on the Organization and Conduct of Exchange Trades for the Purchase and Sale of Unprocessed Timber and Lumber on the Commodity Exchange - LLC “UUB” and the Temporary Regulations, and confirm the legal significance of their actions during participation in the auction, in particular actions performed in the ETS and using the ETS, as well as their consequences.
