The auction is conducted using the SINGLE ACCOUNT SYSTEM in accordance with the Temporary Regulation on the organization of the pilot project for applying the single account system in exchange trading for the purchase and sale of unprocessed timber / fuel wood at the commodity exchange – LLC “Ukrainian Universal Exchange” (hereinafter – the Temporary Regulation). To participate in the auction, it is necessary to:

1. Obtain accreditation with LLC “UUE” and sign the Application for Accession to the Clearing Services Agreement with the Clearing Institution – Limited Liability Company “Ukrainian Clearing House” (EDRPOU code 45539058) (hereinafter – LLC “UCH”).

2. Submit an Application for Accession to the Temporary Regulation via the Exchange Electronic Trading System (ETS), with mandatory application of the electronic signature of the participant’s broker.

3. Top up your clearing account in the clearing accounting system of LLC “UCH” in order to ensure the required amount of funds within the available balance of the guarantee contribution for use with respect to LLC “UUE”, which allows covering the amount of the guarantee contribution as security for the fulfillment of obligations arising for the participant in connection with participation in the trading, as established by LLC “UCH”.


To ensure fulfillment of obligations under exchange agreements concluded at LLC “UUE” based on the results of the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber using the single account system, as well as to ensure payment of the exchange fee, a guarantee contribution is established in the amount of 5% of the price offer (bid) submitted during the auction.

Replenishment of the clearing account in the clearing accounting system of LLC “UCH” is carried out by transferring funds to the bank account of LLC “UCH” using the details specified in the invoice, with mandatory indication in the payment purpose:

“UAH-0000000000; UTSD; payment of the guarantee contribution to replenish the clearing account and block funds at the Exchange in the direction ‘Unprocessed timber and sawn timber’, without VAT”
where:
UAH-0000000000 – currency ID and clearing account number (EDRPOU code) of the clearing participant; UTSD – identifier of the commodity exchange (electronic trading system) of LLC “UUE”.

Attention! When transferring guarantee contribution funds, to ensure correct and timely crediting of funds, it is necessary to indicate the FULL payment purpose.

The guarantee contribution must be transferred by the auction participant to the bank account of LLC “UCH” before the participant submits a price offer (bid) during the exchange trading, in accordance with the Temporary Regulation.

The exchange trading participant independently determines the amount to be transferred to their clearing account, taking into account their expectations regarding participation in exchange trading and the corresponding amount of the guarantee contribution required for participation in such trading.
The data processing fee is paid to the Agent’s account by auction participants (buyers) based on the results of participation in the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber, in the event that the participant (buyer) submitted price offers (bids) during the auction, in the amount of UAH 500.00, without VAT, on the basis of an issued invoice generated in the Exchange ETS.

Participants who submit a purchase application agree to the terms of participation in the auction, confirm their unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data, compliance with the Regulation on the Organization and Conduct of Exchange Trading for the Purchase and Sale of Unprocessed Timber and Sawn Timber at the commodity exchange – Limited Liability Company “Ukrainian Universal Exchange”, as well as the Temporary Regulation, confirm the legal validity of their actions during participation in the auction, in particular actions performed in the ETS and using the ETS, as well as their consequences.
