Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC, EDRPOU code 25158707 (hereinafter referred to as UUE LLC), with the involvement of the agent LLC “WOOD-EXPERT”, EDRPOU code 45448872, is holding an Additional auction using the Dutch auction procedure for the sale of untreated timber Oak,harvested in the 3-4 quarters of 2025 and 1 quarter of 2026, by forestries in Sumy region, Branch 'Pivnichnyi Forest Office’ of the State Enterprise ‘Forests of Ukraine' using the electronic trading system of LLC UUE https://utsd.uub.com.ua/

The auction is conducted using a risk-based approach to determining the amount of bid security deposits, based on a counterparty risk assessment system.

ATTENTION!
The auction is conducted using the SINGLE ACCOUNT system in accordance with the Temporary Regulation on the organization of the pilot project for the application of the Single Account System in exchange trading for the purchase and sale of unprocessed timber/firewood timber at the commodity exchange Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC (UUE) (hereinafter – the Temporary Regulation). The Temporary Regulation is available at:https://www.uub.com.ua/dokumenty/vnutrishni-dokumenty-birzhi/The auction is also conducted in accordance with the pilot project of the clearing institution Ukrainian Clearing House LLC (UCD) regarding the implementation of a risk-based approach to determining guarantee deposit amounts based on a counterparty risk assessment system for the commodity market sector “Unprocessed Timber and Sawn Timber” (Section 8 of the Clearing Activity Regulations for the commodity market sector “Unprocessed Timber and Sawn Timber”), published on the official website of UCD: https://www.uaclearing.com.ua/dokumenty/

To participate in the auction, you must:
1. Be accredited with UUE and sign the Application for Accession to the Clearing Services Agreement with the clearing institution UCD.

2. Submit an Application for Accession to the Temporary Regulation through the Exchange Electronic Trading System (ETS), with the mandatory application of the participant broker’s electronic signature.

3. Fund your clearing account within the UCD clearing accounting system to ensure a sufficient available guarantee deposit balance for use within UUE, covering the guarantee deposit amount established by UCD as security for obligations arising from participation in the auction.

To secure the performance of obligations under exchange contracts concluded on UUE following the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber harvested in the 2nd quarter of 2026 in Sumy region, using the Single Account System, and to ensure payment of the exchange fee, a guarantee deposit is established. The applicable rate (amount) depends on the clearing participant’s (buyer’s) risk group as determined on the date and time the auction begins and is specified in the internal document of UCD entitled Guarantee Deposit (Margin) Rates and Amounts, available at:

Information regarding the risk group (A, B, C, D, or E) assigned to a clearing participant (buyer) by UCD in accordance with the Counterparty Risk Assessment Methodology for the commodity market sector “Unprocessed Timber and Sawn Timber” can be obtained through the participant’s personal account within the Exchange ETS.
Funding of the clearing account within the UCD clearing accounting system is carried out by transferring funds to the UCD bank account specified in the issued invoice, with the following mandatory payment purpose:
“UAH-0000000000; UTSD; payment of guarantee deposit for replenishment of the clearing account and blocking of funds for the Exchange under the ‘Unprocessed Timber and Sawn Timber’ market sector, VAT exempt”
where:
• UAH-0000000000 – currency ID and clearing account number (EDRPOU code) of the clearing participant;
• UTSD – identifier of Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC (electronic trading system).
Attention! To ensure correct and timely crediting of guarantee deposit funds, the payment purpose must be indicated in full.
The guarantee deposit must be transferred to the UCD bank account before the participant submits a price offer (bid) during exchange trading, in accordance with the Temporary Regulation.
Each participant independently determines the amount to be transferred to their clearing account, considering their expected participation in exchange trading and the applicable guarantee deposit rate established by UCD for the participant’s risk group.
A data processing fee is payable to the Agent by auction participants (buyers) based on their participation in the auction for the sale of unprocessed timber if the participant submits price offers (bids) during the auction. The fee is UAH 500.00 (VAT excluded, as applicable) and is payable based on an invoice generated through the Exchange ETS.
If the parties fail to conclude the purchase and sale agreement for unprocessed timber/firewood timber within five (5) business days following the day of the auction, the exchange contract, auction results, and exchange (auction) certificate shall be automatically cancelled. In such cases, UCD shall apply risk management measures in accordance with its internal regulations.
IMPORTANT!
For clearing participants (buyers who become auction winners) assigned to Risk Group E as of the date and time of auction commencement, UCD establishes an additional guarantee deposit as security for the performance of obligations under the purchase and sale agreement concluded as a result of the auction.
The guarantee deposit rate is 20% of the contract value and must be transferred within five (5) business days following the auction date to the UCD bank account specified in the invoice, with the following payment purpose:
“Contract No.; payment of guarantee deposit as security for the performance of obligations under the purchase and sale agreement (EDRPOU code of the clearing participant), VAT exempt”
Participants who submit purchase applications agree to the auction participation terms, provide unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data, undertake to comply with the Regulations for Organizing and Conducting Exchange Trading for the Purchase and Sale of Unprocessed Timber and Sawn Timber at Ukrainian Universal Exchange LLC and the Temporary Regulation, and acknowledge the legal validity of their actions during participation in the auction, including actions performed within and through the Electronic Trading System (ETS), as well as the consequences of such actions.
